Character:
1.Manganese sulphate is used as a porcelain glaze, as a fertilizer additive and as a catalyst.
2. It is added to soils to promote plant growth, especially of citrus crops.
3.It is a good reducing agent for manufacturing paints, varnish driers. It is used in textile dyes, fungicides, medicines and ceramics.
4. It is also used in ore flotation, as a catalyst in viscose pro- cess and in synthetic manganese dioxide.
Usage:
1. In agriculture: Used as a trace manganese element fertilizers, used as basic fertilizer, and seed soaking, mixed species, dressing and foliar spray, feed additives, etc.
2. In industry: Used as drier in ink, paint, used as catalyst for synthesis of fatty acids, also can be used in making manganese compounds, manganese oxide and manganese solution dyed, dipdye, pharmaceutical industry, ceramic coating, etc.
3.In veterinary medicine, manganese sulphate is used as a nutritional factor and in the prevention of perosis in poultry.
