Yellow Granular Diammonium Phosphate for Agriculture Grade DAP
Diammonium hydrogen phosphate is a colorless transparent monoclinic crystal or white powder. Relative density 1619; Melting point 190 ºC. Easy to dissolve in water, the aqueous solution is alkaline, and the pH of a 1% aqueous solution is 8. The pH value of its 0.1mol/L solution is 7.8.

Non Agricultural Uses

(1)Used as a fire retardant.
(2)Used as a yeast nutrient in winemaking and brewing mead.
(3)Used as an additive in some brands of cigarettes purportedly as a nicotine enhancer.
(4)Used as a Flux for soldering tin, copper, zinc and brass.
(5)Control precipitation of alkali-soluble and acid-insoluble colloidal dyes on wool. |
