                                                        Stearic Acid

Stearic Acid, stearic acid, is a kind of fatty acid widely existing in nature, with the chemical properties of general carboxylic acid, the English name is (Stearic Acid), the structure is simple: CH3(CH2)16COOH, produced by the hydrolysis of oil, is white waxy transparent solid or slightly yellow waxy solid, can be dispersed into powder, with a smell of butter.

Stearic acid is mainly used in the production of stearate salts such as sodium stearate, magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, etc., but also widely used in the manufacture of cosmetics such as snow cream and cold cream, play an emulsifying role, so that it becomes a stable white paste. Stearic acid is also the main raw material for making almond honey and milk.
