2. Product features:
Anhydrous borax properties for white crystalline or colorless vitreous crystal, alpha rhombic crystal melting temperature 742.5 ºC, the density of 2.28; Beta rhombic crystal melting point 664 ºC, the density of 2.75. Hygroscopicity is strong, soluble in water, glycerol. Anhydrous borax is borax heating to 350 ~ 400 ºC when the anhydride. When placed in air, it can be hygroscopically changed into borax decahydrate or borax pentahydrate.
