Physicochemical Properties:
Colorless crystallization or white powder. Has deliquescence. Be carbonate after absorbing carbon dioxide in the air. 100ºC lose partial crystal water. Dissolve in hot water and alcohol, slightly soluble in cold water. Aqueous solution assumes alkalescence, PH value approximately 13.5. Relative density: 1.9. Melting point:375ºC(anhydrous substance, in hydrogen stream)
Applications and usages:
Applied for preparation of diversified potassium salt, purification of beet sugar and separation of crystallizing sugar in sirup.
