High Quality Magnesium Lignosulfonate CAS 8061-54-9
Product description
Magnesium lignosulfonate, a derivative of phenylpropane, is an anionic surfactant, a natural polymer with strong dispersibility, light yellow powder, stable physical and chemical properties, non-combustion and non-explosion, and can be used as concrete retarding water reducing agent. The effective substance of this product is magnesium lignosulfonate, which has good water solubility, strong adhesive force, and the stronger the viscosity is when the concentration increases, the higher the adhesive degree is when the concentration exceeds 50%. It can be used as adhesive and bonding agent in refractory and smelting industries.
Specification
Application
1. Reinforcing agent can reduce water, plasticize and flocculate in the production of refractory and ceramic products. It can also be used in foundry industry, and as an auxiliary binder for sand molds, it has strong adhesive force and good collapsibility.
2. Mineral powder binder smelting industry mixes mineral powder with it to make mineral powder balls, which are dried and put into kiln to improve smelting recovery rate, and can also be used as mineral dressing agent.
3. When the modified product is used as concrete water reducer, the dosage is 0.2%-0.3%, which can reduce the water consumption of concrete mixing by 10%-15%, reduce the water cement ratio, save about 10% of cement, improve the workability, fluidity and impermeability of concrete, improve the strength and compactness of concrete, and have early strength effect, shorten the setting time, improve the compressive strength and reduce the slump loss of concrete.
4. Scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors are used in industrial vessels and pipelines to prevent scale and slow corrosion, thus prolonging the service life of vessels and pipelines.
5. CWS dispersant is used in thermal power plants and other enterprises that use CWS. As a dispersant, it can improve the dispersing ability of coal, increase the heating efficiency and utilization rate of coal, greatly reduce the coal content in fly ash, reduce bridging and caking, and prolong the life of furnace body.

Ammonium Chloride
Ammonium chloride, a white crystalline solid, possesses several notable physical properties. It exhibits high solubility in water,
readily dissolving to form a clear, colorless solution. At room temperature, it sublimes easily, meaning it transitions directly from
a solid to a vapor without passing through a liquid phase-a characteristic commonly observed when heating the compound. It
has a distinct odor and a salty taste. Its crystal structure is often described as being composed of chloride ions and ammonium
ions held together by strong ionic bonds. Additionally, it displays a tendency to absorb moisture from the atmosphere, a property
known as hygroscopicity, which can lead to caking or clumping if not stored properly. Furthermore, it demonstrates endothermic
dissolution in water, meaning it absorbs heat from its surroundings during the dissolution process, resulting in a cooling effect.

Ammonium chloride, commonly known as NH4Cl, finds versatile applications across various industries. In agriculture, it serves
as a nitrogen source in fertilizers, promoting healthy plant growth and enhancing crop yield. In the pharmaceutical sector, it is
utilized in cough medicines due to its expectorant properties, aiding in the clearance of mucus from the respiratory tract. Moreover,
in the manufacturing of dry-cell batteries, it acts as an electrolyte, facilitating the flow of ions between electrodes. Its use extends
to the metallurgical industry for fluxing and metal surface treatment processes, ensuring cleaner metal surfaces and improved
solderability. Additionally, it serves as a flux in the production of tin and soldering alloys, enabling efficient soldering by removing
oxides from metal surfaces. Furthermore, in laboratory settings, it functions as a reagent for various chemical reactions and as a
pH buffer in biochemical experiments.
