combined with β-1,4 glycosidic bonds.
Compared with commonly used soybean oligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides and
isomaltose oligosaccharides, it has unique advantages and can selectively promote the proliferation activity of intestinal
bifidobacteria.
Its bifidum factor function was 10-20 times that of other polymeric sugars.
