Usually refers to n-butyl citrate, chemical name 3-hydroyl-3-carboxyglutarate, is an ester compound, colorless transparent high boiling liquid, slightly soluble in water, and mutually soluble with most organic solvents. Industrial by the reaction of citric acid and nbutanol, can be directly used in plasticizer, also can be further processed into excellent plasticizer acetyltributyl citrate. This product is low toxicity, can be regarded as a non-toxic plasticizer, commonly known as environmental protection plasticizer, can replace the limited application range of phthalate ester plasticizer
