Calcium lignosulfonate (referred to as lignocalcium) is a multi-component polymer anionic surfactant. It is light yellow to dark brown powder with a slight aromatic smell. Strong dispersibility, cohesion, and chelation. May contain up to 30% reducing sugars. Soluble in water, but insoluble in any common organic solvent.

Application
1. Used as concrete water reducing agent: 0.25-0.3% of the cement content can reduce the water consumption by more than 10-14%, improve the workability of concrete and improve the quality of the project. Used in summer, it can suppress slump loss, and it is generally used in combination with superplasticizer.
2. Used as mineral binder: in the smelting industry, calcium lignosulfonate is mixed with mineral powder to make mineral powder balls, which can be dried and put into the kiln, which can greatly improve the recovery rate of smelting.
3. Refractory material: When making refractory bricks and tiles, calcium lignosulfonate is used as dispersant and binder, which can significantly improve the operation performance, and have good effects such as water reduction, reinforcement, and crack prevention.
