98.0% Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Anhydrous (MSP) is white powder with melting point 190°C. Dihydrate is white crystal with relative density 1.915g/cm, melting point 57.40°C. Both are easily soluble in water, organic solvent insoluble with hygroscopicity.

For food and beverage industry it is mainly used as buffering agent, emulsification agent, nutritional agent, etc.
