Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate DCP
White monoclinic crystalline powder. Odorless and tasteless. Relative density 2.306 (16 ºC). Soluble in acetic acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. At 115-120 ºC, two crystalline waters are lost, and when heated above 400 ºC, calcium pyrophosphate is formed. Low moisture absorption.
